Form 4 students at our school had the fantastic opportunity to participate in an Inter-Class English Public Speaking Contest on March 12, 2025, as part of their Other Learning Experiences (OLE). Organized by Ms. Cathy Ng, the Panel Chair of the English Department, with the support of F.4 English Teachers (Ms. Debbie Yeung, Ms. Cindy Lau, and Ms. Swanie Chung), students participated in two categories: prepared speech and impromptu speech. It was certainly a tough job for the adjudicator, Ms. Cindy Chung (NET) to decide on the top speakers in each category, but 4A Declan Fong and 4A Golden Yu emerged as champions in the “Prepared Speech” category, while 4B Choi Pak Hin and 4C Arthur Leung tied for first place in the “Impromptu Speech” category. Congratulations to all of these winners!

4A Matthew Liu did a brilliant job and ended up with 3rd Place in the Impromptu Speech Category of the contest.

Everyone in the audience listened attentively as each competitor delivered their speech in front of them.
