Class 2A had a fun time learning English in the “Reading and Drama Buddies” program, as part of the regular lunchtime and after school “Buddy Program” organized by the English Department. Students were asked to read aloud their chosen books in pairs, and then acted out their favourite scene or chapter from their books. The NET, Ms. Cindy Chung, led the program and guided students in doing some improvised acting in front of the entire class. Even the shyest students were involved in the imaginary and magical world of drama! Special thanks go to both class teachers, Ms. Debbie Yeung and Ms. Winnie Tung, and Ms. Cathy Ng, the English Department Chair, for showing massive support for this activity!

2A class teacher, Ms. Winnie Tung, is curious about the novels chosen by her students.

Library books were carefully chosen for the “Buddy Program.”

The NET, Ms. Cindy Chung, leads the “Reading and Drama Buddies Program” for Class 2A.

Ms. Cindy Chung invites two students to act out a scene from their novel.

The two students prepare to do their acting for the first time, under the teacher’s guidance.
