It was our great honour to have Fr. Dominic Fung King Ho, OMI, alumnus of MFSP, celebrate the Memorial Mass for Ancestors in November.  The Mass was part of the cross-curricular initiative between the Chinese Department and the Religious Education Department, as values of ‘filial piety’ and ‘gratitude’ were addressed and accentuated through the teaching of classical Chinese poems such as ‘燕詩’ , ‘慈烏夜啼’ as well as texts like ‘背影’ , in parallel with the introduction of Catholic tradition of praying for the souls in purgatory during November.
