S.6 Cheering Activities
2026-01-08

As the HKDSE is approaching, and F.6 students are trying their best to overcome this big challenge, the Guidance and Counselling Team organized cheering activities for them.

To support F.6 students in preparing for the coming public exam, our Supervisor, Principal and all F.6 subject teachers wrote down words of encouragement and warm wishes on the wooden plaques. The plaques were received by class representatives during the OLE session on 8th January, 2026. During the event, F.6 students had the chance to write down their dreams on a lock, and then “Lock their Dream” at the railing near the covered playground. Afterwards, they drew a special capsule from the Capsule Machine. The capsules were filled with heartfelt messages from F.1 to F.5 students, as well as snacks and cards from our social workers. Our F.6 students felt delighted and extremely encouraged by all the warm wishes. They enjoyed getting special treats and were touched by the sincere, encouraging words from F.1 to F.5 students.

Also, a talk regarding the importance of enhancing mental wellness when facing the HKDSE was held by the social worker from Hong Kong Christian Service. Various ways of reliving stress and useful resources for studying were introduced.

Our F.6 students were reminded of the importance of caring themselves throughout the journey towards public exams. They reckoned that they were not alone in their journey and were encouraged to approach their exams with confidence and optimism.
